Alan Woodward joined our club in June 2011 as a Saturday social member. Not only has he been an asset as a player but we have benefitted in other ways – he is a very skilled tradesman who has helped with many of the jobs required to maintain our clubhouse and grounds. Last year he was instrumental in sorting out problems with our grass court posts. He has done paving round a shed, painted a stained internal wall, constructed a towel rack and fixed a kitchen tap previously held together with a band aid. Alan has helped with laying turf and watering as well as completing countless other jobs. Thank you Alan for the contribution you make to our club.
